Egton’s capabilities are wide ranging, allowing us to provide any combination of products and services to you, as a tailored solution – all from one provider.


Telephone support

Egton’s Telephone Support Centre provides a low-rate telephone number for the reporting and escalating of IT incidents or problems. Our Telephone Support desk is manned by 50
highly-trained customer advisors, who are always ready to provide callers with effective, fast
and responsive information to answer their requests.


Engineers

At Egton we do not use contract staff - only our own engineers. This means that when you use an Egton engineer, you can guarantee they are trained to the highest-level. All of Egton’s engineers come fully-equipped with a boot stock of tools and equipment to solve most problems on the first visit. All of our engineers are fully-supported by Egton’s Telephone Support Centre.


Service centre

Egton’s in-house Service Centre is accredited by a number of best-of-breed IT manufacturers as an authorised warranty provider. This allows us to install and maintain equipment using qualified in-house resources, significantly reducing turnaround time for complex repairs.
