This is awarded by the BSI group and covers the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information within our software and our business. We also maintain ISO 9001:2000 accreditation with regard to our helpdesk, maintenance and support services and the processes they follow, which ensures we offer the same high level of service to all our customers – regardless of their size.
